My brother and I decided to make pizza today. We made enough dough to make four, with toppings varying between ricotta cheese, tomato, mushroom, spinach, and pepperoni. I haven't cooked with my brother in a long time, so this was a great opportunity for us to hang out in the kitchen again.
And also, I hope everyone's Christmas was wonderful! As for me, I just spent it with family since the xmas season really means celebrating my brother's birthday. His lands on Christmas Eve, so Xmas day was never too important with us.

Yummy, great idea on putting ricotta cheese in pizza, I think i will try it one of this day, some restaurant here use it and I always order that kind!!
